Vanodine Disinfectant

Vanodine Disinfectant or FAM30 is a Idophor, specially formulated biocide disinfectant and stabilized for use with all types domestic pets, aviary and in livestock use. Vanodine Biocide Disinfectant has a unique biocidal action which kills bacteria, fungi and viruses shown on the Vanodine Biocide Disinfectant Pathogens Chart, which cause major diseases, without having to be used at a dangerously strong dilution rate.

Usage Vanodine can be used as a terminal disinfectant in all types of housing, e.g. cattle barns, dairies, horse barns, swine & poultry sheds, guinea pig & rabbit farms, kennels, catteries, aviaries, for cages & and all places where hygiene is essential.

HOW TO USE GENERAL SANITIZING: When using in livestock housing remove all portable equipment, litter and manure. Apply at a rate of 1:250 (20ml per 5 litres water), ensuring all surfaces are covered. Allow the area to dry if possible, before replacing equipment, etc., and restocking.

In drinking animal water systems

Vanodine used as a sanitizing aid, dilute one part V.18 with 1500 parts of water.

FOOT BATHS & HEAVILY SOILED SURFACES

To help prevent the spread of disease, use at a dilution rate of 1:100 (50ml per 5 : litres water).

AERIAL DISINFECTION

When diluted 1:500 (10ml per 5 litres water), V.18 may be used through a mist generator in the presence of livestock.

To CLEAN SURFACES

V.18 may be used to sanitize clean surfaces and equipment at a dilution rate of 1:500 (10ml per 5 litres water).

VANODINE COMPOSITION

Contains Iodine, Phosphoric acid and Sulphuric acid.
